I've got to get this
off my chest before I scream...I'm not Donald Trump, OK?
Neither are you, and neither are tons of people just

bought several of those courses.
In fact, I maxed out
my VISA and was halfway to the limit on my MasterCard

off...but only for the people who sold me the courses.
As for me, I had no
cash to buy properties since I spent it all on courses.
By the time I caught
on, I was very nearly broke, and hadn't bought one
single piece of property.

of all successful real estate investors aren't as rich
